Boys Cricket
Over the last term we have had two boys cricket teams representing Northcross in the highly competitive North Harbour Zone Tournament. The games have been played at various locations around the shore and took place over a couple of days as school battled school. The NX boys did very well on both days showcasing awesome batting, fielding and bowling. The boys should be extremely proud of themselves and their efforts over the last term!
Girls Cricket
On Tuesday the 25th of March, Miss Richardson and Miss Mitchell took 18 keen cricketers to the North Harbour Girls’ Cricket Zone Day at Birkenhead Cricket Club. In two teams, the players showcased their developing cricket skills and amazing teamwork, competing against schools from across North Harbour. With some impressive batting, sharp fielding, and great sportsmanship, the teams gave their best efforts in every match.
It was a fantastic day of cricket, full of exciting moments and team spirit. Well done to all the players for their dedication and enthusiasm!
