Sixty students were involved in Dancesport this year. We had a mix of first timers, studio dancers, and seasoned competitors attending twice-weekly lessons for 15 weeks. The students had four routines to learn – Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rhythm Foxtrot, and Jive – in preparation for the school competition held in mid-November.
On competition day, the students were impeccably dressed and took on a whole new persona once they stepped on the dance floor. It was great to see all their hard work pay off.
