At Northcross Intermediate, there are no mandatory fees for domestic students. However, your generous donations play a crucial role in enhancing our educational offerings.
Donations
For 2024, the school donation rate remains unchanged at $185.
This money is used exclusively towards the further education of students, and is not used for school maintenance. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and a key component in enabling the school to go beyond the basic core subjects and offer an extensive range of exciting learning opportunities across all curricula.
The technology materials donation for 2024 is set at $280.
This contribution supports all technology classes, including art, bio-technology, drama, food technology, music, robotics and engineering, photography, and science, which are taken by all students throughout the year.
Additional Costs
Stationery
Required stationery for the start of the year is available through the OfficeMax My School website, with full details and instructions provided in Term 4, 2023. Stationery needed after the start of the year can be purchased from the Resource Room shop on school days.
Class trips and activities
Each term, additional costs may arise for class trips and activities. We strive to provide reasonable notice and ask that payments are made in advance to cover the costs of each event with external providers. Our goal is to gradually reduce these costs over time.
