A special congratulations goes to Nicole Zhang, who will be competing in an impressive four events at the Auckland Champs, including the 50m Backstroke, 50m Freestyle, Open 50m Butterfly, and Open 100m Freestyle.
The Auckland Champs were held on Wednesday, April 2, and what an incredible day it was in the pool! The Northcross Swim Team truly showcased their talent and determination. A huge congratulations to all six swimmers who made their respective finals. Well done to Ollie Wilson, who stormed to victory in the 50m Breaststroke, and to Nicole Zhang, who earned an impressive 2nd place in the 50m Freestyle. We’re still waiting for confirmation on Gary Gao’s 50m freestyle results and the finishing time for the relay team (William Zhang, Charles Cate, Gary Gao, and Junghee Park). Fingers crossed for a couple of fantastic 3rd place finishes!
