Under 55 Ruby Team

The stage was set for our U55kg rugby boys who were eagerly waiting for the sharp blow of the refs whistle to kick the tournament off. 

Our goal was simple for the day, ‘Have Fun, Keep the Ball, If you don’t have the Ball, Get it and last but not least, Bring a Vibe!’ Those were the words that were repeated throughout our competition in which our boys managed to tick off every game. With some big hits, slick hands and amazing running lines, we managed to overcome all four of our opposing teams and only conceded an impressive one try against us all tournament. With this result, our U55kg boys have positioned themselves to compete in the Auckland Champs competition where we are looking forward to taking on some strong teams.  

We would like to acknowledge Mr Washer for making the day possible as well as managing the administration of all our boys. We would like to extend our thanks to the parents who consistently support and the coaches for facilitating our growth in the game we have come to love……RUGBY!
